What is the cancellation policy?

 

No tickets are subject to change.

 

Changes in the date or time of tours/services are subject to availability.

 

** 48 hours before the date of the service: Free cancellation for guide and private car with driver. Any type of tickets requested are non-refundable. 

 

** Less than 48 hours before the date of the service: No refund. 100% payment.

 

**** NO REFUND IN ANY CASE OF MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION in cost of tickets, Flamenco Show or any type of tickets or ANY TYPE of costs associated with the purchase of these.

How can I cancel my reservation?

 

If the cancellation is made within the policy, and there are no tickets included, you can cancel your reservation at no cost. Otherwise, the reservation may be cancelled but there may be cancellation fees and charges.
